Without Reservation: The Beijing Tribunal on Accountability for Women's Human Rights

This book features the twenty-two testimonies and presentations given at the Beijing Tribunal on Accountability for Women's Human Rights (Huairou, China) on September 1, 1995 addressing a range of women's human rights violations. It provides an extensive analysis that expands our understanding of women's human rights by focusing on issues of and strategies for accountability. Without Reservation is the culmination of a series of books that document the hearings and tribunals that have been instrumental to women's success in gaining recognition for women's rights as human rights.

Edited by Niamh Reilly, Center for Women's Global Leadership, 1996; 190 pages. US$15
